Thank you for shopping at Beyond Beauty USA. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1.2 Non-returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

1.3 Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Refunds

2.1 Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

2.2 Refund Options: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

2.3 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@beyondbeautyusa.com.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Shipping

4.1 Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4.2 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@beyondbeautyusa.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
